California Roll with Soy Wrapper
- 1 sheet Spinach Green Soy Wrapper
- 2 cups Sushi Rice
- 2 slices Avocado
- 2 Crab Stick
Place a sheet of Soy Wrapper with the shiny side facing down over a Bamboo Sushi Mat. Spread about 2 cups of Sushi Rice evenly over the Soy Wrapper, leaving a 1 inch space at the edge. Please refer to the “How To Make Sushi Rolls” recipe link for Sushi Rice cooking instructions.
Place avocado and crab stick across the center of the soy Wrapper.
Place your thumbs on the back of the mat and begin rolling away from you. Be sure to support the ingredients with your other fingers.
Roll the Sushi until the edge of the Soy Wrapper is positioned under the Sushi.
Shape the roll by pressing lightly with both hands.
Remove the Bamboo Sushi Mat and set aside for a few minutes to let the edge of the Soy Wrapper set.
