Hand Roll Party with Soy Wrapper

Preparation 

  1. Prepare Sushi Rice. Please refer to the “How To Make Sushi Rolls” recipe link for cooking instructions.
  2. Cut SushiParty Soy Wrapper in half lengthwise to form a 7 inch by 4 inch rectangle.
  3. Cut vegetables, fish, ham, cheese etc., as you prefer.
  4. Prepare dipping sauce : Soy Sauce, Wasabi, Wasabi Mayonnaise, Hot Chili Mayonnaise, et
    • Wasabi Mayonnaise : mix Wasabi Paste and Mayonnaise.
    • Hot Chili Mayonnaise : mix Sriracha Hot Chili Sauce and Mayonnaise.

To Build (Tuna Hand Roll)

 

  1. Spread Sushi Rice lightly on the Wrapper.
  2. Place tuna, cucumber and radish sprouts on top of the Sushi Rice.
  3. Fold the corner of the Wrapper over the Sushi to the center of the sheet.
  4. Roll the Sushi.
  5. Stick toothpick through the end of the Wrapper.

Preparation 

  1. Roll the Wrapper into a cone shape by folding the bottom corner up to the top center of the sheet and rolliong until the cone shape is achieved.
  2. Place Sushi Rice, tuna, cucumber and radish sprouts into the cone.

To Build (Veggie and Cheese Hand Roll)

  1. Place vegetables and cheese on top of the Wrapper.
  2. Fold the corner of there Wrapper up to the center of the sheet.
  3. Roll to the end.
  4. Stick a toothpick through the end of the Wrapper.

Alternative

  1. Roll the Wrapper into a cone shape by folding the bottom corner up to the center of the sheet and rolling until a cone shape is achieved.
  2. Place vegetables and cheese into the cone. Use Wasabi Mayonnaise or Hot Chili Mayonnaise as a dipping sauce.
