GENMAICHA NOODLE SOUP
GENMAICHA NOODLE SOUP
Ingredients
1 Yamamotoyama Organic Genmaicha Green Tea Bag
1 pack of Japanese noodles
1 chopped zucchini
1 chopped carrot
1/2 tsp of finely chopped fresh ginger
1/2 tsp of finely chopped garlic
2 tsp of soy sauce
2 tsp of sugar
1 lemon
1 tsp of sesame oil
Salmon seasoning
Salt to taste
Instructions
1. Steep Organic Genmaicha Green Tea Bag in hot water for 5 minutes 
2. In a pot, boil water and add the noodles. Cook for 4-5 minutes
3. Place the vegetables, ginger, garlic, soy sauce, sugar, salmon seasoning, salt, and sesame oil in a pan and cook for 5 minutes 
4. Mix in the noodles and stir for a few minutes
5. Serve vegetables and noodles in a bowl; pour Genmaicha green tea on top and add a slice of lemon
