SENCHA GREEN TEA VODKA COCKTAIL 

 

Ingredients:

2 oz. Vodka
3/4 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice
1/2 oz. Syrup or Honey
1 Egg White
1 tbsp. Sencha Loose Leaf Green Tea

Instructions:

1. Combine Vodka, lemon, egg white, syrup, and Sencha Green Tea Leaves in a shaker

2. Add ice to the shaker and wet shake vigorously until well-chilled.

3. Double-strain into a chilled cocktail coupe glass and garnish with a sprinkle of tea leaves.
